Starting his career as a tax preparer for Liberty Tax, Sohail earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona. He then joined Squar Milner, the largest public accounting firm in Orange County at the time, working as an auditor and gaining extensive experience in public accounting.
Transitioning to the private sector, Sohail spent six years focusing on corporate accounting, corporate taxes, and financial analysis. His expertise helped corporations streamline their financial operations, minimize tax liabilities, and make informed financial decisions. Further enhancing his credentials, Sohail earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine (UCI).
In addition to his extensive experience in tax and accounting, Sohail is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has significant experience in bookkeeping, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and accurate financial management services. He is fluent in Farsi, allowing him to serve a diverse range of clients more effectively. Sohail is also an Enrolled Agent, admitted to practice before the IRS, and is currently working towards obtaining his CPA certification, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and excellence.
